Original Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all refund requests.
Items Not Eligible for Refunds:

Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for refunds unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.

Personalized or Customized Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for personalized or customized items unless they are faulty.
How to Initiate a Refund:
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Our Customer Support Team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable.

Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation that were shipped with the product.

Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet our refund criteria, we will process your refund promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
Refund Exceptions:

Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective product).
