Shipping

When will my order ship?
All U.S. orders are processed and shipped within approximately one week. International shipping times vary depending on the destination country.

Is there a production time before shipping?
Yes. All orders have a 3–5 business day production fulfillment period before they are shipped. Delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping carrier.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
If you have not received a confirmation email within one week of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s still missing, contact us at belgadoco@gmail.com.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a two-week return window. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return.

What condition must items be in to qualify for a return?
Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and returned in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How do I initiate a return?
Email us at belgadoco@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return request. Once approved, we will send you return instructions.

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please place a new order after your refund has been processed.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping Issues & Address Errors

What if my package is delayed or lost by the carrier?
Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for issues caused by the shipping provider.

What happens if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an invalid address is submitted, we are unable to intervene.

What if my package is returned to BELGADO due to an invalid address?
You must contact us via email regarding your order. Once the returned package is received, we will process a refund.

Please note: Refunds will include the total cost of the order excluding shipping fees. Shipping fees ($6–$8) are non-refundable.

Care Instructions

How should I care for my BELGADO pieces?

  • Wash cold, inside out, using gentle detergent

  • Hang dry or lay flat for best results

Important Note:
Washing or drying on high heat may cause shrinkage and can alter fabric treatments.
